Errata: p. [3] (1st count). Plates consist of 18 leaves of facsims. of paleographical and epigraphical specimens. Most are signed by the designer ("Palomares") and by one of two engravers ("Gonzalez" or "Peña"); two plates are dated 1755. First separate edition. The text and plates first appeared in v. 13 of N.A. Pluche, Espectaculo de la naturaleza, published Madrid, Gabriel Ramirez, 1753-1755, in 16 v.
